➡ Description:
LJM International is looking for a talented and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team based in Skopje.
👉 What Would Be Your Responsibilities?
Booking freight with Brokers while obtaining and negotiating competitive rates;
Ensuring efficient utilization of drivers and equipment;
Coordinating the movement of the trucks and resolving possible issues;
Daily communication and coordination between drivers and customers;
Collaborate with other members of our team to deliver quality results.
👉 What Kind of Candidate Is Suited For This Opportunity?
- At least 1 year of experience in the USA trucking industry as a dispatcher;
- Good Microsoft Office skills;
- Proficiency in English;
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and reorganize workload in order to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
